Included because they have the distinction of being the first Russian band to be sucessful in the English charts. In the picture Pimenov and Fonar' say 'za novii god' - at new year 2002 they were number three in the chart. Foreign artists rarely make an impact in UK unless they sing in English (ABBA, Nena), are treated as a novelty (Plastic Bertrand), or are instrumental. PPK are the latter and there is no good reason why they should not repeat their success.
