Linda

Linda has been making music for a decade and a half and it shows no sign of stagnating. The early works were based in dance with an eclectic mix of influences from ambient and world music styles. The first album 'Songs of Tibetan Lamas' has a strong eastern feel in places, while 'Vorona' is a darker vision. There was a bit of a hiatus in the middle with a few albums mainly concentrating on re-working older material, but 'Zreniye' broke that with a great rock album. Still one of my favourites. Since then her more recent albums have shown a more mellow rock sensibility with a more commercial approach evident on the latest 'AleAda'. She's worked her way through a number of 'official' websites the best of which (linda.su) has recently closed, giving way to the 'interlinda' site below. While not quite as comprehensive as its predecessor, it is still a good site with plenty of downloads. You'll also find music and video at some of the other sites listed below. By using the 'links' pages of the sites listed you can find yet more sites.
