Another group that have been around for a few years, Auktyon formed around 1983 and still perform. Their music is an eccentric blend of styles, rock based, but with very jazz like arrangements. At times jarring and discordant, at others smoothly flowing, they are always interesting. My favourite is 'Ptitsa' which includes the track 'Doroga' which was included on the soundtrack of 'Brat 2'.
