Boris Grebenshikov and Akvarium

One of the leading artists in Russia for most of three decades, Grebenshikov has fronted many versions of Akvarium as well as performing solo. There are dozens of albums to choose from, but don't be tempted by the English album 'Radio Silence'. It is not very good. Try almost any others. Give the 'Terrarium' album a listen - there is a lot of B.G. on it. He is an eclectic artist with influences as diverse as the Beatles, Bowie, celtic folk and jazz.
